This product is a new generation of non-contact, high-speed, high-precision digital magnetic rotary encoder chips integrated with tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) sensors and CMOS signal processing circuits. This product chip contains tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) sensor and signal processing circuit, through the tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) sensor, sensing the rotation of a pair of polar magnets above the chip, collecting the rotating magnetic field signal, transmitting it to the digital processing unit, calculating the rotation Angle, using the SPI communication protocol, output 14 bit (bit) absolute position signal, at the same time, Output A/B phase 1 to 4096 pulse programmable incremental position signals, and programmable zero (Z-phase) signals. In addition, it can output UVW reversing and PWM signals, and the maximum speed can reach 25,000 RPM. The TMR3106 has an integrated EEPROM that allows multiple erasable configuration parameters. In addition, the TMR3106 provides a self-calibration mode for the client, which can compensate for nonlinear errors caused by structural installation.
